About the Founder
Phillip W. Dunn is the founder of the Black Business Focus Group, a ~19,000-member community he has led since 2015, whose members have logged over $2.6 million in purchases from Black-owned businesses. He was a featured guest on Roland Martin Unfiltered (2022) discussing the BBFG app, and has appeared on FOX 26 Houston as a voice for Black parents and small-business owners. His honors include the HPPN Entrepreneur Leadership Award (2016) and the RICE Awards Texas Citizen Award (2019).
