Fulfillment: 2–5 business days to make your item. U.S. shipping: 3–4 business days after fulfillment (standard). Express options, when offered at checkout, arrive 1–3 business days after fulfillment. Total time to your door (U.S., standard): typically 5–9 business days from the day you order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Items in different product types (for example, a mug ordered with a tee) may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and tracking information when your order ships. Returns & Exchanges

Because BBFG Shop items are made to order, we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store — please read this before you order, and check the size chart carefully. Damaged, defective, or misprinted? We've got you — free. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us at info@blackbusinessfocusgroup.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You don't need to ship the faulty item back unless we ask you to. Lost in transit? If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll file the claim and make it right. Wrong size, wrong color, or changed your mind? Made-to-order items can't be restocked, so we can't offer free returns for buyer's remorse. So exchanges work like this: contact us within 30 days, tell us the size you need, and we'll produce and ship the correct size. Because a new item has to be made, an exchange production & shipping fee applies — charged at our actual cost, no markup — and we'll confirm the exact fee with you before anything is charged, so there are no surprises. Wrong address? If an order is returned to us because the shipping address was incomplete or incorrect, we can reship it once you confirm the corrected address — reshipping costs apply.
